The Bowmen of Lyme is located within the idyllic location of Lyme Park.
Lyme Park is a National Trust property that was famously used as the filming location of the BBC's adaptation of Jane Austins novel 'Pride and Prejudice'. It has also been featured in the Timeslides episode of Red Dwarf and The Antiques Roadshow to name but a few.
Lyme Hall has its own Victorian gardens that span 17 acres of land. Surrounding the hall and gardens is almost 1400 acres of medieval deer park complete with a healthy herd of Red Deer, in fact the bigger males often take up residence in our field in the evenings.
Lyme Park is situated within the village of Disley off the A6 between Buxton and Manchester. It is a very popular Local attraction throughout the year and is a great location for a picnic.
